TRES CADIRES

● Do you know its Impact?

At Tres Cadires, high‑quality artisanal liqueurs and vermouths are produced, sharing the workshop with other agroecological projects and promoting agroecology and the social and solidarity economy in Ponent. It is a non‑profit cooperative project focused on local development.

Andreu Culleré Monfà has been a member of the cooperative since 2016 and is currently responsible for production. His passion is the mountains.

What impacts you most about your cooperative?

Everything we have built around us in 8 years. From an idea to revive a traditional liqueur, Vi de nous, to currently producing 5 varieties, creating and coordinating Ponent Coopera, and accompanying other agroecological projects in the territory.

When did you start and why?

We began thinking about the project in 2015, and it became a reality in 2016. The main goal of the cooperative was to recover Vi de nous and, in the future — although we didn’t think it would be so soon — to create our own jobs and make a living from the project.

How many people are part of the project?

There are 7 workers, 5 of whom are members.

What makes you different from other organisations or companies like yours?

We are naturally restless and always developing projects that have a positive impact on the rural world. We want a vibrant Ponent where everyone can build their life project with dignity.

How do you see yourselves in the future?

It’s difficult to answer. We see ourselves consolidating new projects that are emerging and growing in number of members.

What support have you received from Seira Impuls Cooperatiu and what was it used for?

A participatory loan aimed at improving the production spaces and equipping ourselves with office facilities.
