Quàlia is a social initiative cooperative that develops projects and services for leisure, food and socialization, targeting the different life stages with an educational, integrating and transformative approach to make sure they reach all of Catalonia leaving no one behind. They stimulate the transformative capacity of all people, their teams and users to reduce personal and regional limitations and create a more fair and balanced world.
Quàlia was born in 2011 thanks to the Grup Alba and transformed into a cooperative in 2019 within Grup Alba, a group of social economy organizations.
Their value proposal is to build a fairer and more balanced world thanks to the empowerment of people and community participation in food, leisure and socialization-related topics. They believe in the transformative capacity of each individual as a means to build a world where everyone is valued for their capacities and mentored to develop their maximum potential.
