Coop de Foc is a project launched by three worker-owners: Puri, Cèsar and Lluís in collaboration with two organizations, La Fàbrica and La Taula de Pere IV. Currently, the cooperative is managed by Puri and Cèsar.
They were born in 2022 to highlight the work of producers and offer their products to consumers at cheaper prices, with traceability and responsibility.

Their main project is La Conservera BCN, a local gourmet shop that serves food and quality produce and respects both producers and clients. Their value proposal is innovation, enthusiasm and understanding food and cooking holistically. Their motto is that eating well is a right for everyone.
