Cervesers Artesans de Catalunya is a service cooperative made up of several small-scale artisan beer producers. They decided to join efforts to lower costs and offer the best product, sharing production, facilities, knowledge, purchases and distribution.
They produce maximum quality artisan beer at their workshop with a variety of options: gluten-free, non-alcoholic, aromatic, ecological or classic. They also offer experiences; like guided visits to their facilities and artisan beer tasting and pairings.
Cervesers Artesans de Catalunya was born in April 2019 to unify and strengthen all the organizations that are part of the project.
Currently, the project has five people working on four independent projects, and two worker-owners. The beer-making projects included are: CESC, JK, Birra Birrae, Barret Cerveses i La Canetenca. Their value proposal is being a service cooperative, a unique legal form in their sector, which brings together several projects and experiences to offer consumers the best possible product.
