COS is a cooperatively managed health center that offers tools to self-manage personal health and promotes community health dynamics.
They established themselves in 2011 in the Gracia district of Barcelona, and in 2017 definitively moved to the Sagrada Família neighborhood. The cooperative was born from the need to respect the decisions of patients in different clinical contexts and offer guidance in their choices.
The COS team is made up of 47 workers, collaborators and owners and over 1000 users.
Their value proposal is giving a high importance to care and finding a balance between personal needs and the collective interests of the cooperative.
